First Week of October

Tuesday evening, October 2, I will be participating in a public forum with my opponent. This forum is hosted by Salem City Club and the League of Women Voters of Marion &Polk Counties and will begin at 6:30 PM at the Grand Theatre, 191 High Street NE, Salem. Come out and support our freedom of open political forums.
Wednesday, October 3 @ 7 AM, we will be attending the First Wednesday, Breakfast Meeting of the Marion County Republican Committee. We will hear from James Buchal, republican candidate for attorney general. Location: the Scottish Rite, on South Commercial.
Thursday, October 4 @ 7 AM, I will be attending the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce’s Public Policy meeting. We will hear the pros and cons of Measure 81, regarding salmon fishing in the Columbia.
Saturday, October 6, the grand opening celebration of Bonaventure’s newest retirement, assisted living and memory care community is on the calendar and I’ll be there. Location: 3411 Boone Road SE, Salem 97317.
